I am now taking 20mg of prozac and 2mg of Klonopin at night. I have also noticed that reflux symptoms are worse duing pre-menstrual phase of cycle.
Seriously I would consider CBT or weekly appointment with a QUALIFIED psychologist.
No matter how many drugs you take it won't cure your problem to the root but I think you still have some other drugs to try.
I was told I would probably only be on it for a month or two because my doc thought my hormones were going a little crazier than they should.
It's been 14wks now that I've been on it and I want off of it. He said it should help my headaches (they are more like migraines) and boost my energy and make me feel "happier" what I wan to know is does Prozac actually work?
Then, after spending 3 months with no energy, my resting heart rate went up to 120 .
I have been taking Prozac for almost 3 months now -- 40 mg a day. My doc put my on Remeron which helped tremedously getting me off Paxil.Any advice for Wellbutrin withdrawal/tapering would be appreciated. The easiest treatment would be to take an SSRI-- a prozac-like medication-- as that is the proper treatment for anxiety, and will also reduce sex drive to some extent. Most of the time this effect will pass and it then can actually help with the anxiety. I know it is used for Fibromyalgia, but I have no direct experience with the drug. I cannot take Xanax, I have terrible hallucinations on Xanax.Your should adjust to the new doseage in a week or 10 days.Prozac can be a very energizing antidepressant for some.
